Bool Street, formerly known as Bool Street Noods, was founded by Yamato Hill (Class of ’23) and Glenn Newberger (Class of ’23). The duo specialized in hand-pulled Biang Biang noodles, which quickly became a hit. Through pop-ups and a presence at the farmer’s market, their noodles became the centerpiece of their growing sensation.
